A report in your colours
Levels by area calculated by rules, a report approved by the coach, a starting programme. Members find it in the app and as a PDF under the club’s brand.
An assessment whenever the member wants
Any member can request a one-off assessment or a follow-up from the app, at the price set by the club. They pay at the front desk; the coach schedules it.
Twelve weeks of progress
Full assessment in week 0, measurements entered by the member in between, interim check-ins in weeks 4 and 8, a final check in week 12 compared with the start.
The coach alerted in time
Plateau or decline: rules alert the coach, who can offer more support. Know measures; it never touches the training programme.
